Sarah was a huge help and super knowledgeable of everything. I'm a first time home buyer and was completely lost at the beginning but she helped me through and answered all of my questions.

My wife and I bought our first home in Traverse City. Being a first-time home buyer comes with a significant amount of unkowns. That gap was made up by Sarah who walked us through the easy stuff and the hard stuff seamlessly. Buying a home up here is competitive and tough. I believe we had a competitive advantage by how quickly Sarah's action time and response time was. Sarah made such a daunting process so much more convenient and we would recommend.

Sarah worked with us on the sale of our multi-lot property, splitting lots so that we could keep a portion of our land. That project resulted in a complex and complicated process. Sarah was by our side to clarify many issues along the way. We are confident enough in her skills and professionalism, that we will be using her for the sale of another property yet this year.

If you are looking purchase or sell a home in Northern Michigan, I personally recommend Sarah Jones. Sarah assisted me with selling my Waterfront home on Great Lake Huron located in the Rural community of Detour Village Michigan I must also mention the photographer she hired took outstanding pictures of my place for the listing. They both spent a few hours with me in person to make certain all information was accurate before posting the listing. Sarah acted as Dual agent for both the sale & the purchase of my home, which resulted in substantial monetary savings as well. One of her greatest qualities is patience and she is great with people. Sara was AMAZING! I could not image going through this crazy journey with any body else. With the housing market the way it is and 100 agents later we found Sara…. Man was it a game changer.. she made me first time home buying experience go from scary, stressful, not fun… to fun, exciting, and prepared.
